Above loans are based on a Loan to Valuation Ratio (LVR) of 80%.
Construction:
Suitable for businesses, owner/occupier or investor wishing to renovate/extend to current premises, or the builder, developer, investor looking to acquire property finance for commercial needs.
Some examples of loans are:
- Construction loan- up to 1 year term, interest only repayments on amount drawn down, reverting to principle and interest repayment loan once the building has been completed.
- Interest only loan- up to 3 year term
